• 「Vるわけにはいかない」 = cannot do A (due to responsibility, propriety, or social circumstance).
• Different from 「～できない」 (lack of ability): this pattern means "able to do it but NOT ALLOWED to, morally speaking".
• The opposite is 「～ないわけにはいかない」 (obliged to do) — pay attention to where 「ない」 is placed.

• 大事(だいじ)な会議(かいぎ)なので、休(やす)むわけにはいかない。

  It is an important meeting, so I cannot take the day off.

  Attach directly to the dictionary form, without inserting 「の」: Vる + わけにはいかない.

• ผิด重(おも)すぎて、この荷物(にもつ)を持(も)つわけにはいかない。

  This package is too heavy for me to carry.

  ถูก重(おも)すぎて、この荷物(にもつ)は持(も)てない。

  Lacking the strength is a matter of ABILITY, so use 「持てない」.

• ผิด休(やす)むわけにはいけないから、会議(かいぎ)に出(で)る。

  Since I cannot be absent, I will attend the meeting.

  ถูก休(やす)むわけにはいかないから、会議(かいぎ)に出(で)る。

  The fixed form is 「わけにはいかない」 (the verb 行く／いく), not 「いけない」.
