• 「～からある」 follows a QUANTITY expression (weight, length, amount) to emphasize: as much/large as that.
• Used only with MEASURABLE quantities. For prices, use 「～からする」 (N1-099); when followed by a noun, use 「～からの＋N」 (N1-100).
• The following clause usually states something astonishing.

  A PRICE uses 「～からする」; 「～からある」 is for measurable quantities/sizes.

  The luggage weighs as much as fifty kilograms.

  「からある」 must follow a NUMBER + COUNTER, not an ordinary noun.
