• The subject is a PERSON and a spontaneous emotion; to talk about someone else, add 「ようだ／らしい」.

  The two frames cannot be mixed: it's either 「ないでは」 or 「ずには」.

  Use 「ざるを得ない」 when forced by circumstances; this pattern is for emotions.
