How to use it
States the CONDITION/method needed to achieve purpose A. 「には」 here indicates purpose.
- 「Vるには、~が必要だ/~がある」 = to do A, you need/there is B. 「には」 states a PURPOSE, different from the 「に」 marking a target.
- The clause after is usually 「必要だ/いる/方法がある/コツがある」 — a condition or method.
- This is a more natural way to state purpose than 「ために」 when discussing a necessary condition.
