Two meanings: (a) the modifying form of 「~ながら」 (doing A while B); (b) 「昔ながらの」 = as in the old days, unchanged.
- Meaning (a): 「Vます形+ながらの+N」 is the MODIFYING form of 「~ながら」 — 「歩きながらの通話」 (a call made while walking).
- Meaning (b): with a noun, 「~ながらの」 means "kept just as it was": 「昔ながらの味」 (the flavor as it always was), 「生まれながらの才能」 (an innate talent).
