  The pattern is 「Vない形 + ものだろうか」, linked directly; do not insert の between ない and もの.

  ถูก解決(かいけつ)できないものだろうか。

  Without ない, it no longer expresses a wish: 「解決するものだろうか」 is simply the question "I wonder if it can be resolved". To express an earnest wish, use the negative form (できない).
